Production :

4 hours Fire Rating Fireproof Fiber Cement Board

Raw material : Pure quartz powder , quick lime , Portland cement , cellulose and some kinds of fined mineral additives

including suspending additive . We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high temperature and high 

pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advanced technology to have the final product . It will compose a special 

Calcium Silicate Board .

There is no asbestos , brucite and meerschaum in the raw materials and the formulation at all .
