Product introduction:

Magnesium Oxide Board is a kind of New Green Building Material which is used in place of traditional Gypsum Board as partition wall and ceiling covering material and sheathing. Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO board) could be used anywhere that Gypsum boards or dry walls could be used, such as Partition wall, Interior wall, Exterior Wall, Ceiling, Flooring, Lining board, Cladding board, etc.. Magnesium Oxide Boards (MgO board) have many advantages over gypsum boards or dry walls which make them the material of choice for new constructions and renovations!!

Considering the humidity natural factors, we have studied a new formular to avoid the crying phenomenon, that is replacing the magnesium chloride to magnesium Sulfate. It will never happen the crying again!! Europe customers please feel free to use it !!

Fireproofing Magnesium Oxide Board is made of magnesium oxide (content is 85%), Magnesium Sulfate (magnesium chloride has been replaced !!), middle alkali glass fiber mesh (6*6 platinum fiberglass mesh; 5*5 interwoven fiberglass mesh ), expanded perlite, sawdust, and other auxiliary materials and additives. It is divided into building materials board and fire resistance board according to processes, formulas.

The surface density of magnesium oxide board is 0.8-1.2g/cm3.It is reduced the building loading,and made the building weight of interior wall reduce 60% more,meanwhile,increased the used area about 5-8%.Light weight board benefit to the structure anti-vibration,and efficiently decrease the cost of groundwork and struct body. 

Conservation :Thermostatic nature conservation, temperature should be on 35℃, and relatively humidity should be on 65% .

Safe: 100% does not include such harmful substances as asbestos and etc, and no nasty smell before and after application.No toxic gas after burned under high temperature .No radiation. It is Eco-friendly.

1. Fireproof

It was tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC). Its fireproof level is rated level A (nonflammable level)

Dry bending strength is 15Mpa. Bending strength under absorbed moisture is 22Mpa.

3. Heat insulation

It has heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.

4. Soundproof

It is proved to have good noise insulation property after inspected by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC), The noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board.It is light, it can save time, space, weight and expense. It is a new and high efficient wall.
