Mgo board cladding

MgO Board is a “Non-Metal Corrosive”, MgO “Sulphate” Board, MgO cladding has extensive applications in construction for both residential and commercial properties. Our MgO cladding is eight to ten times stronger than plasterboard, reducing loss and breakage. Our range products are also water resistant due to its material properties. When wet, simply clean, sand and repaint. If damaged, MgO cladding can be cut and reused, unlike plasterboard.

Professional Fireproof Calcium Silicate Board

Fireproof Calcium Silicate Board ingredients:

Raw material : Pure quartz powder , quick lime , Portland cement , cellulose and some kinds of fined mineral additives

including suspending additive . We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high temperature and high 

pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advanced technology to have the final product . It will compose a special 

Calcium Silicate Board .

There is no asbestos , brucite and meerschaum in the raw materials and the formulation at all .

Colored fiber cement board cladding

Colored Fiber cement boards are intended to used in ventilated cladding of multistoried buildings, both newly built and reconstructed. As well as for interior cladding of buildings and constructions. The proposed material allows all the year round dry installation, economical and reliable restoration of any façade, and reduces building heat losses

Fluorocarbon painting compounds specifically developed for fiber cement boards are used to paint cement board. After being applied and polymerized, they form weatherproof, vapor permeable protective and decorative coating having high wear and temperature-drop resistance. The painting color may be selected from RAL or customer’s samples.

What is Fiber Cement Cladding

Fiber cement cladding is created by mixing cellulose, fillers and fibres with water – before cement is added to form wet sheets. These are rolled and pressed to extract excess moisture. The mixture remains pliable for a short time after it’s formed, so it can be shaped into anything from small tiles through to planks and large-format panels.

The finished product can be either through-coloured or painted to achieve a specific aesthetic. The key advantage of the former is that it can help to reduce the risk of visible scratches, scuffs and chips developing over time. Plus it won’t need repainting – so maintenance is very low. The downside is that you’ll be relatively limited in terms of palettes and textures.

Alternatively, the standard grey sheets can be painted or stained (usually in the factory) with a variety of colours and effects – even down to incorporating realistic wood grain patterns or riven finishes that mimic natural slate.

Whichever option you choose, the units will be given a strong water-based or acrylic topcoat to improve weather resistance. The resulting cladding has a very low water absorption rate, is frost-proof and fire-resistant, and – thanks to the cement binder – won’t rust or rot. Upkeep is simple, too, involving little more than an annual wash down with mildly soapy water.

An internal fiber cement wall and ceiling lining board designed specially for bathrooms, laundries, kitchens and high-traffic areas in residential, medium-density and commercial buildings. It can be used on either timber or light gauge steel framed buildings

The high impact resistance of fiber cement lining board, compared to plasterboard, makes it the smart choice for high-traffic areas that are prone to wear and tear. To add to this, if a tiler makes a mistake when tiling, the homogeneous nature of fiber cement lining board means they can chip the back of the tile off without damaging the substrate.

It’s suitable for use as internal bracing.*

The key requirement of fiber cement lining board used in wet areas is superior resistance to moisture damage in the event that the material gets wet. One of the major drawbacks of fibre cement weatherboard is the finish quality. Unlike natural timber that can be machined to a perfect finish, fibre cement weatherboards typically exhibit a less than smooth finish.
