2 Hour Fire Resistance 12mm Multipurpose Calcium Silicate Board

12mm calcium silicate board is a strong, lightweight, versatile, Class 0, multipurpose building board suitable for use in a wide range of internal partitions, ceilings for use in many fire applications. The board is off-white in colour and has a smooth finish on one side with a sanded reverse face. 12mm calcium silicate board provides up to 120 minutes fire resistance. Which retains its excellent dimensional stability even in damp and humid conditions and can be installed at an early stage in the construction programme, before the building is weather tight. It can also be used for semi-exposed applications and can be left undecorated. 12mm calcium silicate board provides an economic solution for both acoustic ceilings and partitions. A perforated panel when used with mineral wool providing an excellent sound absorption material.

12mm MgO interior wall board

12mm fire insulation MgO interior wall board which can be used for partition wall with the ability to resists 4 hrs HC temperature curves and 3.83 hrs RABT temperature curve. Even RWS fire curve test is available to pass.

The MgO boards (1-3 hours) are applicable to buildings with special requirements of fireproof performance, such as fireproofing partition wall, interior wall of hospitals, Sidewall of subways, Ceiling of tunnels, Etc. The MgO products are non-hazardous, without any organic solvents, asbestos, oils, toxic components, heavy metals or salts which may cause environmental problems.

10mm MgO fire rated board

10mm MgO fire rated drywall board is specialty fireproof magnesium board which can resist no less than 2 hrs flaming test with fire temperature curve more than 1100℃. To compare with 8mm board, with higher fireproof standard which is able to resists 3 hrs HC temperature curves and no less than 2 hrs RABT temperature curve.

As for middle size fireproof mgo board, it has better fire resistant ability than 8mm, can be applied on walls directly

Fire rated drywall composition: As usual, it is made from mineral components, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulphate, vermiculite powder, perlite, cellulose material, glass fiber and non-woven fabric. It is non-hazardous, without any organic solvents, asbestos, oils, toxic components, heavy metals or salts which is eco-friendly.
